If you think each chopstick is created equal, think again. Japanese
chopsticks are pointed, while their Chinese counterparts are blunt.
The trick to using chop sticks? Nestle one stationary between your
thumb and index finger. Hold the other between your thumb and index
finger. Move the top chopstick up and down in a pincher-like fashion.
